The day before I ended up in the hospital I had the opportunity to go to Stef’s school and help out with a project that the class was working on. A few weeks prior to this we had to fill out a little questionnaire about our child. Height, weight, etc at the time of birth as they were going to make rice babies and do some projects with them. So I filled it out and sent a picture of Stef. I went to the school on Friday to help make babies!! We filled socks with the amount of rice that the kids were at birth. Stef was the smallest in her class. Then they sewed on little hats and I got to make the faces and give them hair. They have blankets and a bottle and they “sleep” in bassinets. Super fun and they turned out cute. Now on Open House we got to bring the bundle of joy home, Stef sleeps with her baby every night, feeds it and when she thinks about it she will ask me to feed the baby when she is not home. I didn’t realize a sock could be so fun.
