I made my first loaves of bread yesterday. I do not know why I have put off making it, some excuses like it's too hard, takes too long, I don't know how :-) So anyhow since my mom wasn't making any and sending me any (even though hers always tastes good) I decided to try my hand at it. Mind you this is without a bread maker! I could not believe how easy it was!!! I had that dough whipped up and in the bowl rising in less then 10 minutes. It is so yummy!! Here are the end results:
